How fast can I start taking orders?

What happens after my 21-day free trial?
Your store keeps working on the Free plan (up to 6 menu items, cash only). Upgrade to Basic or Pro anytime to unlock more items and card payments.
When do I get the money from card orders?
Card payments go directly into your Stripe account, with funds typically in your bank within 2–3 business days. Cash orders are between you and your customer.
Do I need a business license or permit?
Swaddra is a software platform, not a vendor or insurer. You're responsible for any business permits, food handling certifications, or licenses required where you cook — same as if you sold by Instagram.
Can I take cash for pickup orders?
Yes. Toggle on cash payments in your settings — customers pay you directly when they pick up.
Is it really bilingual?
Yes. Set your store language to French or English — your customers see it in your chosen language. Order emails too.
Can I cancel anytime?
