When you sign up for Swaddra, we collect your name, email address, and business details. When your customers place orders, we collect their name, contact info, and order details. If you connect Stripe, we store your Stripe account ID — we never see or store card numbers.

2. How we use it

We use your data to provide the service: send order notifications, process subscription payments, show you analytics, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your customers' data for our own marketing.

3. Who we share data with

We use a small number of third-party services to run Swaddra:
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Resend — sending emails
  • Amazon Web Services — hosting and image storage
These services see only the data they need to do their job.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your account data as long as your account is active, plus a short period after deletion for legal and accounting reasons. Order data is kept indefinitely so you and your customers have a record of past transactions.

5. Your rights

You can edit your account information from your settings page. You can request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@swaddra.com. Some data may be retained where required by law.

6. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security practices: HTTPS everywhere, encrypted database storage, hashed passwords. No system is perfectly secure, so use a strong, unique password.

8. Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will email you. Smaller updates will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
