1. About Swaddra

Swaddra is a software platform that helps food businesses (caterers, home cooks, food trucks) take orders online from their customers. We do not cook, deliver, or sell food ourselves — we provide the tools our customers use to do so.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Swaddra.

3. What you can sell

You may use Swaddra to sell legal food products. You may not use Swaddra to sell anything illegal, harmful, or in violation of food safety regulations in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for the food you sell — including allergens, freshness, accuracy of descriptions, and food safety compliance.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Swaddra offers a free plan and paid plans (Basic and Pro). Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You can cancel anytime — your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period. We do not refund partial months.

5. Online payments via Stripe

When you connect a Stripe account to accept card payments from your customers, payments go directly to your Stripe account. Swaddra never holds your money. Your relationship with Stripe is governed by Stripe's own Connected Account Agreement. You are the merchant of record for those transactions and are responsible for chargebacks, refunds, and tax collection on the food you sell.

6. Cancellation and termination

You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or fail to pay for paid plans. If we terminate your account for a reason other than violation, we will refund any prepaid amounts for the unused portion of your subscription.

7. Disclaimers

Swaddra is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that orders will not be lost. Use it at your own risk. We are not liable for any losses you suffer from using or not being able to use the service, beyond what you have paid us in the last 12 months.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of Swaddra after changes means you accept the new terms.
